Amy Davis joined Hausmann-McNally, S.C. in March 2008 as a law clerk. After passing the Indiana bar exam in October, 2010, she was taken on as a full-time associate in their Indianapolis office.
She was born in Frankton, Indiana and graduated from Anderson University, Anderson, Indiana in 2005. While there, she played four years of varsity basketball and was team captain her junior and senior seasons. In her sophomore year, her team went to the NCAA tournament for the first time in the school's history.
After graduation from college, she worked for the state of Indiana as a legislative liaison for the Family and Social Services Administration. She also worked for Governor Mitch Daniels as an agency liaison where she oversaw and responded to constituent concern of 12 state agencies. It was there that she decided to further her education and go on to law school. She attended Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis and graduated in May 2010. While in school, she was active in Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and served as a mentor to first-year law students. She interned at several law firms and the Marion County Prosecutor's Office. She also worked as a legal extern at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in their academic and membership affairs division.
Attorney Amy Davis is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
In her free time, she participates in many types of adult recreational sports, including kickball, dodgeball, flag football and volleyball.
At Hausmann-McNally, she focuses her attention helping clients who have been injured in automobile, motorcycle and truck accidents.
