Attorney Miles G. Lindner

Attorney Miles G. Lindner is a 1991 magna cum laude graduate of Marquette University College of Business Administration. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994.

While in business school, his high academic performance made him eligible to join Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for business college students.

After graduation from law school, Lindner worked for five years in private practice, working on a broad spectrum of legal issues. He joined Hausmann-McNally, S.C. in 1999 in order to concentrate his professional pursuits in the area of personal injury litigation.

Attorney Lindner takes special pride in the service he provides his clients. His files contain testimonial letters, cards and notes from clients who appreciate the caring attention he gave them and their cases. He offers open communication with clients and seeks to give them an honest assessment of their chances for successfully pursuing a case when he meets with them. Known for his high standards and work ethic, Lindner loves the practice of law and recognizes how it can help people. His mission is to provide the highest level of professional service and attention.

He has litigated and arbitrated in excess of 50 court trials, jury trials and arbitration hearings.

Lindner is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin (federal), the U.S. District Court Western District of Wisconsin and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. He is member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the National Association for Justice and the Wisconsin State Bar litigation section.

Because of his special interest in representing victims injured in motorcycle accidents and the excellent results obtained in those cases, he has been designated by the firm to handle the majority of its motorcycle injury cases.

In addition to vehicle injury accidents, Lindner has tried cases involving "premises liability," which cover situations where an injury occurs in a building or property that is deemed unsafe or without proper security. In a recent example, he successfully concluded a case and received a settlement for the survivors of a man killed by a tree that fell on him from a neighbor's yard.

In his time away from work, Lindner is an avid basketball player. He and his wife and daughter live in the Milwaukee area.
